The past three years I have had a steady focus on my work as a Vision Strategist and offering vision board pop ups and workshops. Gosh, I love, love this! I am so passionate about the power of visualization and how amazing your life can be when you tap into it! I have had major signs and super loud whispers about how this part of my business can be even more impactful. This year, all my vision board work is FREE to everyone! Yes… totally FREE! No more coaching fees! I feel so strongly about cultivating a true, purposeful, intentional and clear vision for your life that I want this process to be available for everyone! My personal focus for myself this year is to maintain my healthier lifestyle. Let’s be clear… I am not perfect… by far!! It is a daily choice that does not come easy and I give myself a ton of grace and flexibility. But in Feb of 2021 I started a different kind of health journey with an awesome program and have lost over 25 pounds and 41 inches of body fat! Y’all, that’s like a whole toddler! I have never, ever been thin or skinny by any means. I’m a ‘thick girl” that has never known jean sizes in less than double digits. Until now.
Thank God for Judy Blues and stretchy skinny jeans that I can now go for 9’s and sometimes even 7’s!! I got married in a size 20 wedding dress 17 years ago and I am now in Mediums and size 9 jeans. I had a lap band surgery almost 12 years ago that has done nothing for me but cause discomfort and esophageal damage. But my mind wasn’t ready then to make the shift (here we go again with the shifting). I have horrible eating habits that were just the norm for me and those are hard to let go of. Until this program. I am stronger than I have ever been, I have less body fat than ever in my life and I feel like the best version of me to date! I want to share this with more people this year because it has been an amazing journey for me and so many others. Pair this up with my oils for more natural alternatives to wellness and mental health and we are living the life! Now, nothing is ever 100% perfect all the time for anyone, but with a solid plan, a dedicated mentor and a clear vision of how you want to live your life… well, it’s just amazing!!!
